Thread M14 × 1.5, hex 19 mm, probe length 42 mm. The sensing element is a negative-temperature-coefficient (NTC) thermistor calibrated 2.5 kΩ ±2 % at 25 °C, falling to 120 Ω ±3 % at 100 °C, delivering a seamless 0–5 V ratiometric signal to the engine control module.
Material & performance features:
The probe shell is precision-machined from lead-free brass and nickel-plated to resist corrosion from glycol-based coolants. The sensing tip is over-moulded in glass-filled PPS, then potted in high-temperature epoxy for complete immunity to vibration, moisture and electromagnetic interference.
