Application:
The 4133Y042 oil cooler is engineered for the Perkins C4.4, 1106A-70T, 1106A-70TA, 1106C-E70TA, 1106D-70TA, 1106D-E66TA and 1106D-E70TA turbocharged four-cylinder diesels, and is also directly interchangeable with Caterpillar C4.4, C6.6, 312D2 and 323D2 applications. These 4.4 L to 6.6 L engines are the preferred power-plants for mid-size hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, tele-handlers, diesel generator sets, combine harvesters and high-hour agricultural tractors where sustained load and high ambient temperatures demand reliable oil temperature control.
Technical specifications:
The cooler is a plate-fin, brazed-aluminium core measuring approximately 290 mm overall length, 210 mm width and 55 mm thickness, with a 6 kg net weight. It carries an internal oil volume of 0.9 L and is rated for continuous operating pressure up to 10 bar and peak pressure of 14 bar.
Material & performance features:
The core matrix is manufactured from marine-grade 3003 aluminium alloy fins and 6063-T5 seamless tubes, furnace-brazed for a joint strength that exceeds parent metal and delivers excellent resistance to vibration and thermal shock. End caps are cast from high-silicon aluminium, CNC-machined to ±0.05 mm tolerance and powder-coated for corrosion resistance.
